If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. The form is delivered to oskayaks@gmail.com through FormSubmit so we can answer your question directly. Please do not send payment card information, medical records or other sensitive information through the contact form.

If you call or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Bookings and Payments

Our booking buttons open FareHarbor. Reservation details and payments submitted there are processed by FareHarbor under its own privacy and security practices. Ocean Safaris receives the booking information needed to operate your tour, communicate with your party and provide customer service.

Website Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand general website use, such as which pages are visited and which booking links are selected. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral and interaction information. We do not use the contact-form message itself for analytics. You may decline analytics without affecting booking or contact features.

Technical Information

Our website host may process ordinary server-log information such as IP address, request time, browser type and requested page to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose errors.
